At Cocoa Loco we’re all about being as eco-friendly as possible. Not only are we Soil Association Organic and Fairtrade certified, 95% of our packaging has been plastic free and compostable for the last couple of years! And for as long as we can remember, we have been working towards having 100% of our chocolate in eco-friendly packaging. Finally, we have managed to achieve this!
We’re super happy to share that we’ve now hit this important milestone! Taking care of the environment is one of our key values which is why having 100% eco-friendly packaging is such a fantastic achievement for us. The main issue when buying products in plastic packaging is that it never actually decomposes – instead, the plastic breaks down into smaller particles known as microplastics.
