Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept American Express / Credit / Debit Card and PayPal payments. You may make a payment over the Internet or call us with your card details. If you would like to make a payment by cheque please contact us.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
When order gift options which contain alcohol, by agreeing to these terms you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over.
Shipping And Handling
The standard cost of post & packing to UK addresses is £3.95. We send your orders by 2nd Class Royal Mail as standard. Sometimes we may need to change at no additional cost to a more suitable courier for your order.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
There will be an additional charge if you opt for your order to be sent via Next Business Day Delivery or 1st Class Royal Mail.
Our charges for International delivery are calculated based on the weight of your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight.
If you're sending to an international address and your order is more than 2kg, you will need to contact us directly, either by emailing email@example.com or calling 01403 865687. If you are calling from outside of the UK, our telephone number is +44 1403 865687.
Delivery times are subject to the service provided by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and more details can be found on their websites.
If you provide an incorrect address, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
The recipient will be responsible for payment of any local duty or taxes.
We endevour to dispatch your order on the date requested and will bake your order accordingly. We will strive to despatch orders the same day if they are received before 10:00 (Monday to Friday) although this is not always possible.
Any orders received after 10:00 Friday or over the weekend are generally not sent until Monday.
Where appropriate, VAT is applied to the products on this site and is included within the prices shown.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product that you have purchased from us, you may cancel your order or request a refund (in writing or by email) within 7 working days, beginning the day after the day you received the item. We will then inform you how to return the item.
Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage.
If your returned order is damaged, not in the original packaging or consumed more than was reasonable to establish the quality of product, We reserve the right to levy a charge commensurate with that loss.
