SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
The standard cost of post & packing to UK addresses is £3.99. We send your orders by 2nd Class Royal Mail (Tracked) as standard. Sometimes we may need to change at no additional cost to a more suitable courier for your order.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
There will be an additional charge if you opt for your order to be sent via UPS Next Business Day Delivery or 1st Class Royal Mail (Tracked).
PEAK TIMES
During peak times, including Christmas and Easter, it is very important that you purchase your order as soon as possible to ensure that it will arrive on time. Due to a rise in orders during peak times, our small team works hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. This means that our response time may also be delayed during peak times. We appreciate your patience with us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our charges for International delivery are calculated based on the weight of your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight.
