The standard cost of post & packing to UK addresses is £3.99. We send your orders by 2nd Class Royal Mail (Tracked) as standard. Sometimes we may need to change at no additional cost to a more suitable courier for your order.
We also have Speedy Post available, which ensures that you receive your order within 1-2 days and Click & Collect, if you prefer to pick up your order directly from the Chocolate Barn.
FULL VALID POST CODES are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
There will be an additional charge if you opt for your order to be sent via UPS Next Business Day Delivery or 1st Class Royal Mail (Tracked).
During peak times, including Christmas and Easter, it is very important that you purchase your order as soon as possible to ensure that it will arrive on time. As a rule of thumb, we recommend that you place your orders at the latest 4 working days before you need them to arrive (if you are placing an order within the UK). However, we will update our webpage and social media with the appropriate cut-off dates during peak times.

Our charges for International delivery are calculated based on the weight of your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight.
