We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £45.
Standard delivery: £3.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Speedy post: £5.99 with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Sometimes we may need to change the way we ship your order to a more suitable courier for your order (at no additional cost).
Full, valid postcodes are required for every order. If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we cannot accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive.
CLICK & COLLECT
Please note that we no longer offer a Click & Collect service and do not plan to reinstate it in the future. Instead, we have focused our efforts on our delivery service. To ensure this is still convenient for you, we offer free shipping on all orders over £45.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not happy for any reason or have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@cocoaloco.co.uk with your order number and details of your issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll look after you.
PEAK TIMES
During peak times, including Christmas and Easter, it is very important that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure that it will arrive on time. Due to a rise in orders during peak times, our team works hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible. This means that our response time may also be delayed during peak times. We appreciate your patience with us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our charges for International delivery are calculated based on the weight of your order. Items are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, depending on the weight.
