Brownie Points Loyalty Scheme
Our Brownie Points loyalty scheme is currently taking a short break. This means you won't be able to collect points on new purchases or use your existing points at the checkout. We're aiming to have the programme back up and running by 26th September 2025, but we're working hard to get it back sooner if possible. We appreciate your patience while we get this sorted.
A Fresh Start for Your Account
With our new website, your customer account has also had a refresh. For now, you might notice that your old order history isn't visible, but we're looking into whether we can restore this information in the future.
The next time you log in, you will need to reset your password. Simply click the 'Reset my password' button and follow the instructions in the email we send you to create a new password for your account.

Please rest assured that while these updates are happening, it's business as usual! All orders will be processed and dispatched within our regular timeframes. If you've placed an order recently and notice any issues with your confirmation, please don't worry—your order will still be processed as normal. Of course, you're always welcome to contact us for an update on your order status.
